Job Description

Rockwell Automation is pleased to invite job seekers to attend our upcoming hiring event. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team at our Twinsburg facility.

We are actively hiring for direct hire Production Assemblers, Machine Operators, and Material Handlers across all shifts. This is a great opportunity to meet our team, learn about our open positions, and explore a rewarding career with Rockwell Automation.

What to expect:

If possible - please apply to a position prior to coming in. If you are unable to do that - we will have computers set up to do so. Dress code is business casual.

When you arrive - you will check in with a representative up front who will guide you to an interview with one of our leaders on the production floor, followed up with a plant tour.

Shifts Hiring For:

8 Hour shifts:

• 1st: 6:30 am-2:30 pm, Mon - Fri
• 2nd: 2:30 pm- 10:30 pm, Mon - Fri
• 3rd: 10:30 pm - 6:30 am, Sun - Thu

10 Hour Shifts:

• 1st: 5:30am - 3:30pm, Mon - Thu
• 2nd: 3:30pm - 1:30pm, Mon - Thu

These positions are a part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation. 2nd and 3rd shift both offer an additional 10% shift premium.

Positions summary:

Assembler

As an Assembler, you will build and assemble components and products while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components
• Read and follow work instructions
• Perform quality inspections
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Machine Operator

Machine Operators play a critical role in producing quality products while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
• Monitor production processes
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting
• Conduct quality checks and inspections
• Follow safety and production procedures

Material Handler

Material Handlers ensure production lines are supplied with materials and products are moved efficiently throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and distribute materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (if certified)
• Perform inventory transactions and counts
• Support production and warehouse operations

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent working experience (1+ years)
• Must be 18 and eligible to work in the United States
