The Event Concierge is a highly visible, guest-facing member of the Group Sales & Events team and serves as a key operational extension of the Event Planning Manager team. This role serves as the onsite resource for event planners, VIP guests, vendors, and resort departments, ensuring seamless execution of meetings, retreats, weddings, and special events while delivering exceptional service throughout the guest journey.

The ideal candidate is an internal team member with strong knowledge of Miraval operations, established relationships across departments, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. work flexible schedules, including early morning or late evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Acting as a liaison between clients, resort operations, and event planning, the Event Concierge proactively resolves issues, fulfills special requests, coordinates logistics, and serves as the go-to resource for day-of event support. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and embodies Miraval's commitment to personalized service and wellbeing.

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Embraces the ethos and culture of the Miraval wellbeing brand.
• Preferred internal candidate with demonstrated knowledge of Miraval operations and resort culture with ability to create strong relationships across resort departments and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with hospitality, guest services, events, concierge, or resort operations.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn hospitality systems.
