Because we are looking for an Operations Supervisor!

This role starts at $19/hr

What does the ROLE entail?

• Responsible for assisting in the oversight of any area in the Rooms and Food and Beverage Operations Divisions. This can include; Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Reservations, Outlets and Event Services/Banquets.
• This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid guest service orientation and service recovery skills
• Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments
• This position works in a team environment
• Other duties of this role may include training, staff development through coaching and counseling, payroll and scheduling

Your EXPERIENCE:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Hotel experience is a must - supervisory experience preferable
• Strong customer service orientation and customer service skills
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
• A fun and energized person with a creative mindset
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, pull, push a moderate amount of weight
• Capable of moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing
