This role starts at $19/hr
What does the ROLE entail?
Responsible for assisting in the oversight of any area in the Rooms and Food and Beverage Operations Divisions. This can include; Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Reservations, Outlets and Event Services/Banquets.
This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid guest service orientation and service recovery skills
Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments
This position works in a team environment
Other duties of this role may include training, staff development through coaching and counseling, payroll and scheduling
Your EXPERIENCE:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Hotel experience is a must - supervisory experience preferable
Strong customer service orientation and customer service skills
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
A fun and energized person with a creative mindset
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, pull, push a moderate amount of weight
Capable of moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing
