GQR is seeking a motivated professional to join our admin Team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will provide executive level support to one of our three Senior Partners. Your role will be split into two primary functions:

  1. Principal Management
    1. Scheduling and providing other administrative support to your assigned Senior Partner, including scheduling travel and handling expenses.
    2. Efficiently fielding and managing calls for the Partner.
    3. Coordinating with members of our Project Teams to track the progress of all active projects.
  2. Project & Client Management
    1. Keeping abreast of news events and developments with clients and topics pertinent to clients and political issues, and ensuring the Partner is briefed and updated as necessary.
    2. Conducting background research (on prospective clients and regular updates for current clients) primarily via online search engines like Google, LexisNexis, etc.
    3. Light administrative duties to include vendor communications and management.

 As a Project Coordinator at GQR, you will receive mentorship and training to help you grow your skills and network for personal and professional development, as well as hands-on exposure to our polling and opinion research work. We will look to you to be a representative for your Partner and GQR, offering ideas and solutions to problems, and demonstrating to clients the knowledge and value that you bring to our Team. Our Project Coordinators also serve as subject matter experts on our Team, helping to guide and support our Project Team members by maintaining keen oversight of their Partners’ clients and projects.

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday at our DC home office. Flexibility for occasional telework on an as-needed basis. Some after hours and weekend work as needed.

  • Knowledge of campaign structures and processes a plus.
  • Understanding of various mediums for campaign communications a plus.
  • Understanding of other political structures a plus.


  • Previous scheduling experience is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field (including, but not limited to, political science, public policy, international relations, statistics, math, business)
